Princess Oluyemi serves as the Legal & Regulatory Officer of FELTEM Telecom Limited, providing legal, regulatory, and compliance support to the company and contributing to the protection of its corporate and business interests.

In her role, she supports the company in legal and regulatory matters including reviewing and preparing agreements, contracts, official correspondence, and other legal documentation. She also assists in ensuring that the company’s operations, transactions, and business activities remain aligned with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, licensing obligations, and industry standards.

She further supports management by providing guidance on regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, corporate documentation, and business dealings, while liaising with relevant regulatory authorities and stakeholders where necessary.

Through her Legal & Regulatory function, Princess contributes to maintaining strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and sound legal practices, helping to safeguard FELTEM Telecom Limited’s interests and support the company’s sustainable growth within the telecommunications industry
